A registration or listing can be cancelled and removed from Smash: Directory at any time, this can be done via your user panel or by contacting ourselves directly on firstname.lastname@example.org or mail to Smash Your Market, 5th Floor, 1 Temple Way, Bristol, BS2 0BY, United Kingdom.
If your subscription falls within the parameters you may be entitles to a refund, this in outlined below in the “Refunds” clause.
Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your subscription, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund on services.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your request is received, we will inspect the account as suspend all services and listings once this is complete we’ll send you an email to notify you that we have done so. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days of approval.
REMOVAL OF LISTING
You can request for any listing to be removed from our site, please send your request including the below information to firstname.lastname@example.org or Smash Your Market, 5th Floor, 1 Temple Way, Bristol, BS2 0BY, United Kingdom.
A removal request should be sent including an outline as to why you feel the listing should be removed, The listing title, The listing author and its URL.
Once a removal request is received we will analyse the request and notify yourself and the listing author, if we agree there are suitable grounds to remove the listing we shall remove the content within 3 days of accepting the request. If the request is specific to content and not the entire listing we shall endeavour to mediate a revision of content.
